1. Geographical and Site Eligibility:
   • Offer is available only in New South Wales (NSW).
   • Applicable only to residential sites and small businesses.
2. Small Business Eligibility:
   • For small businesses, electricity consumption must be below 100 MWh per year or 273 kWh per day.
3. Payment Methods:
   • Payments must be made via bank deposit, credit card, PayPal, or cash.
   • If payment is made in cash, a note on the customer invoice must indicate that the payment was done in cash.
4. Discount Incentive Details:
   • The discount incentive depends on the energy savings achieved for each product, based on calculations provided by the NSW ESS.
   • Example incentive discounts will vary depending on the specific product installed.
   • Only pool pumps approved by the NSW ESS are eligible for the discount incentive.
   • Eligible products are regularly updated and can be found on the GEMS registry.
5. Incentive Payment Conditions:
   • The incentive cannot be paid directly to the original energy saver (customer); it must be provided as a discount on the amount paid for the unit and/or installation.
   • Incentive amounts include GST.
6. Documentation and Evidence Requirements:
   • Photographic evidence of the premises, the previous products (when a replacement is involved), and the new products installed is required to comply with the NSW Energy Saving Scheme program.
   • Customers must be home to sign the Customer Nomination and Post Implementation Declaration to obtain incentives under the NSW Energy Savings Scheme program.
7. Customer and Installer Obligations:
   • Customers are required to sign a Customer Nomination before or on the day of the implementation to comply with the NSW Energy Saving Scheme.
   • Installers must complete a Site Assessment before or on the day of the implementation to comply with the NSW Energy Saving Scheme.
   • Customers must sign a Post-Implementation Declaration on the day the implementation is completed to comply with the NSW Energy Saving Scheme.
   • Installers are required to sign a Post-Implementation Declaration and provide a Certificate of Compliance on the day the implementation is completed to comply with the NSW Energy Saving Scheme.
8. Product and Pricing Information:
   • Products, incentives, and example prices shown on the website are for informational purposes only and may vary depending on product availability and model.
   • FREEWATTS PTY LTD will provide incentives only for products approved by the NSW Energy Saving Scheme. Details on the exact approved models can be found using the calculation tool at energy.nsw.gov.au.
9. Disposal Requirements:
   • All removed products must be properly disposed of in accordance with the NSW ESS guidelines.

  • The contractor is responsible for the installation of the products.

• The timeframe of the product warranty will depend on the model and brand of the unit. The warranty of the product is dealt directly with the manufacturer and/or product distributor.
• One-year-warranty on the labour directly with the contractor.
